- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- On each noodle, spread a portion of the cheese mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
