- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon; layer over cheesecake batter.
- In a different bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and salt. Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until center is set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add more sugar to the apple mixture.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
