Apple Crumble Cheesecake

A rich and creamy cheesecake topped with a crunchy apple crumble, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon; layer over cheesecake batter.
  6. In a different bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, and salt. Sprinkle over apples.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until center is set.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, add more sugar to the apple mixture.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
