- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups chopped apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix chopped apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and rolled oats. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool before slicing.
