Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Indulge in this easy-to-make apple crumble cheesecake that combines the best of both worlds: creamy cheesecake and a crunchy apple crumble topping.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix chopped apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and rolled oats. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use flavored cream cheese.
  • Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
