  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press it into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, vanilla, and eggs one at a time.
  5. Fold in the sour cream until the mixture is creamy.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then add the apple mixture on top.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
