- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
