  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, combine sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Fold in flour until just combined; pour half of the cheesecake batter over crust.
  6. Add a layer of the apple mixture, followed by the remaining cheesecake batter.
  7. Top with the remaining apple mixture and crumble topping.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set; let cool before serving.
