- 1 pound gnocchi
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same pot, add diced onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
