  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the cheese and parsley mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

  • For a crispy topping, you can broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
