  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Slice bananas and layer them over the crust, then add the cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set, then allow to cool and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
