  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 box banana pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, mix the banana pudding according to package instructions and fold in whipped topping. Spread over the chilled cheesecake.
