- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
