  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before mixing in the eggs, one at a time.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract and Biscoff cookie butter.
  7. Fold in the crushed Biscoff cookies.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
