  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Blend in the Biscoff spread and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
  6. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the wet ingredients, starting and ending with the flour.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • This cake can be topped with whipped cream or additional Biscoff spread for extra indulgence.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar in place of granulated sugar.
