Biscoff Tiramisu

This Biscoff Tiramisu is a delightful twist on the classic dessert, combining the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies with creamy mascarpone.

Ingredients

  • 8 Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. Dip Biscoff cookies briefly in the cooled coffee.
  5. Layer soaked cookies in a serving dish and spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Repeat with another layer of cookies and the remaining mascarpone.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a more intense flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
  • Feel free to add some chocolate shavings on top for an extra treat.
