  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chocolate crust and press it into a tart pan.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate with heavy cream over a double boiler.
  4. Whisk in sugar and eggs until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
