Bok Choy and Tofu Stir-Fry

This flavorful Bok Choy and Tofu Stir-Fry is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.
  5. Stir in bok choy and cook until wilted.
  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well.
  7. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve hot.

Notes

  • Add additional vegetables for more color and flavor.
  • Adjust the heat level by varying the amount of red pepper flakes.
