Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pot, steam the cauliflower until tender.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In a blender, combine the steamed cauliflower, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
