- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft.
