  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed pistachios and granulated sugar.
  3. Beat in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla, lemon juice, and sour cream.
