  • 9 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, and parsley.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each noodle and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled noodles seam side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
