  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add to the skillet.
  7. Stir until the sauce thickens, then add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  8. Top with green onions and serve hot.
