- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 cups provolone cheese
- 1 hoagie roll
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté sliced onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
