- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 package of pie crusts
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in flour and gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
