Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and green onion until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Gradually add warm water to the flour mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle and fold the dough over to seal.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
  7. Add the filled pies to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
