  • 1 cup cornstarch

  • 2 teaspoons five-spice powder

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Clean and devein the prawns.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and five-spice powder.
  3. Coat the prawns with the cornstarch mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
