  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  6. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Arrange cherries in the tart shell and sprinkle chopped dark chocolate over them.
