  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips and crushed potato chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are nicely golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
