- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Mix in baking soda and salt.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Finally, stir in the flour until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then add the remaining batter and the rest of the cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
