Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, spinach, bell peppers, and zucchini.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold the egg mixture into the cottage cheese mixture until well combined.
