- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and sherry vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in crab meat and shrimp, cooking until shrimp is pink.
- Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For added flavor, simmer with a bay leaf and remove before serving.
