- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
