4 chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
1 pound potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound carrots
2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and season with salt, thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Remove chicken and add heavy cream to the pan. Let simmer until thickened.
Meanwhile, boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter until smooth.
For the carrots, cook in boiling water with sugar until tender.
Serve chicken with creamy sauce, mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots.
