  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
