8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb sirloin steak
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper, then sear it in a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and let it rest.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Slice the rested steak and add it to the sauce, then combine with the cooked fettuccine pasta.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
