Creamy Tuscan Shrimp Linguine

A delicious creamy shrimp linguine recipe enhanced with turkey bacon and Tuscan flavors.

  • 12 ounces linguine
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cherry tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, spinach, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Stir in chopped turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, you can add more heavy cream as desired.
  • Substitute shrimp with chicken if preferred.
