- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- In a crockpot, place the beef chuck roast.
- In a bowl, mix together beef broth, onion soup mix, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the crockpot.
