Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet used for the bacon.
  5. Layer the mayonnaise and mustard on the croissants.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and cheese on top.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
