- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup zucchini, julienned
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Heat a dolsot (stone pot) over medium heat.
- Add a bit of sesame oil to the pot.
- Place the cooked rice at the bottom of the pot and let it sizzle.
- Layer the vegetables on top of the rice.
- Cook an egg sunny-side up in a separate pan.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, place the egg on top.
- Serve with gochujang on the side.
