  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons shawarma spice blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil and spices with chicken thighs. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
