Easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites with a Rich Parmesan Cream Sauce

This dish features tender steak bites sautéed in garlic butter and served with a rich parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Remove the steak and set aside. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then return the steak to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot.
