2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
Roll out one pie crust and place it in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Pour the chicken mixture into the pie crust.
Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the top of the chicken mixture. Seal and flute the edges.
Make small slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with mushrooms or tofu.
Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
