Garlic Butter Pasta (One Pot!)

A delicious and easy one pot meal featuring garlic butter pasta, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped turkey bacon, sauté until the bacon is crispy.
  3. Add the pasta, chicken ham, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked and the liquid is mostly absorbed.
  5. Stir in the parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • This dish can be made ahead and reheated for lunch or dinner.
