  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.
  7. Fold in sour cream until fully incorporated.
  8. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  10. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
