- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
