Gyeran Bap (Korean Egg Rice)

A delicious and easy recipe for Gyeran Bap, a Korean egg rice dish paired with turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  2. In the same pan, crack the eggs and scramble them until just set.
  3. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and the turkey bacon to the pan. Mix well to combine.
