  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas. Mix well.
