- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the honey or maple syrup and applesauce, mixing well.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
