  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture and stir until incorporated.
