  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  6. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter, followed by the raspberry puree.
  8. Swirl gently with a knife and pour the remaining brownie batter on top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into heart shapes and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
