  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
