  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken cooks, mix the cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl to make tzatziki.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, warm the pitas in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Assemble the pitas by adding chicken and a generous dollop of tzatziki.
